spacious room excellent coffee
i found the standard twin room spacious. the garden offered beautiful sea views. breakfast had excellent coffee! everyone was courteous.
the door did not fully close allowing hall noise to enter easily.

decent sea view room
sea view excellent breakfast bay room noisy hall unenthusiastic staff poor value
i stayed in a bay room. it had lovely sea views. i could see the sun rising over the sea each morning. the breakfast was also excellent, it provided a good start to the day.
my room's door did not fully close. noise from the hall got in easily. i felt the staff were not enthusiastic. i experienced better value for money elsewhere.

the breakfast was acceptable. it was cooked to order.
the door to my room did not fully close. this allowed noise from the hall. i also felt staff were unenthusiastic (maybe i'm just too demanding).

wonderful stay
great view bus proximity breakfast choice
my room had AMAZING sea view. the breakfast included many options, also marmalade. buses are close. i found it easy to tour.
the door to my room didn't fully close so i heard noise easily from the hall.

sea view crocheted pillows
The full service breakfast was cooked to order.. We ate it overlooking the sea. A keypad entry made early morning outings to take sunrise photos on the beach easy. Hand crocheted pillows decorated the lobby area beautifully.
The hotel did feel a little pricey for what you get, compared to other hotels I have stayed in.

the hotel provides excellent breakfasts including a varied selection of choices. the staff were fantastic and accommodating.
the downstairs areas are quaint , but i thought the cost of the room was high for the amenities.
